QUUMA 1-to-1 Replacement and Warranty Policy
At QUUMA, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service, ensuring that your experience with our products is both reassuring and satisfactory. The following after-sales policy is designed to ensure that every purchase you make is safe and worry-free.
1. 1-to-1 Replacement Service
QUUMA products undergo strict quality control during the design and manufacturing process. If you encounter a functional issue due to the product itself within 7 days of receiving the product, we offer a 1-to-1 replacement service, replacing the defective product with a brand-new one.
•Functional Issues: If the product fails to operate normally during regular use, we will arrange for a replacement.
•Order Processing Issues: If the product you receive does not match your order, we will promptly replace it with the correct product.
(Please note: The replacement service applies only to functional issues that arise during regular use. Damage caused by improper use or handling is not covered by this service.)
2. Warranty Service
Each QUUMA product comes with a warranty period, during which we provide professional repair and technical support to ensure product performance and longevity:
•Replacement after two repairs within 6 months: If your product requires two repairs within a 6-month period, QUUMA will provide a brand-new replacement to ensure a seamless user experience.
3. Shipping Costs and Transport
•West Malaysia: During the first year of the warranty period, QUUMA provides free round-trip shipping for repairs or replacements. From the second year onward, customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back, but QUUMA will cover the return shipping after repairs.
•East Malaysia and Singapore: Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product, but QUUMA will cover the return shipping cost once the repair or replacement is complete.
(Special Note: If the returned product is inspected and found to have no functional issues, it will be returned to the customer as-is, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.)
4. Different Terms for Different Products
As QUUMA offers a variety of different products, the warranty and replacement terms may vary for each product. We recommend that customers carefully review the specific warranty policies of the product they are purchasing or contact our customer service team for more detailed information. Each product page will clearly state the specific warranty terms and after-sales services applicable to that product, ensuring that you are fully informed before making a purchase.
